At AMM Watches, we offer a 15-day return period.

This means you have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn and unused, with the protective plastic still intact and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

How to Initiate a Return

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the item and confirm it is in its original condition, we will process the refund, deducting a 15% processing and restocking fee. We cannot accept items returned without a prior return request.

Shipping costs and customs fees incurred during the order are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

Once an item has been shipped, we cannot accept any order cancellations.

Damages and Issues

We recommend inspecting your order upon receipt. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and take appropriate action.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items). If you have questions about a specific item, please get in touch. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
