Warranty Coverage:

AMM WATCHES Warranty

Your AMM WATCHES timepiece is covered by a warranty for a period of two years from the original date of purchase, under the terms and conditions specified below. This warranty is provided by AMM WATCHES Pty Ltd, and applies from the date of purchase from AMM WATCHES or an authorized dealer. To activate this warranty, please retain a copy of your purchase receipt, which serves as proof of purchase.

• Customers in Australia and New Zealand For customers in Australia and New Zealand, our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. This warranty is issued by AMM WATCHES Pty Ltd. You are responsible for any expenses incurred when making a claim under this warranty. This warranty complements your rights as a consumer under relevant laws.

• Warranty Terms The AMM WATCHES warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship. If any component proves defective under normal use, we will repair or replace the watch at no charge.

Parts Not Covered:

The following are not covered under the AMM WATCHES two-year warranty, even within the warranty period:

- Damage due to improper use or carelessness (e.g., knocks, dents, broken crystal, scratches).

- Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications. Issues arising from alterations or services performed by parties other than AMM WATCHES Pty Ltd are not covered.

- Normal wear and tear, including minor scratches or changes in color on the case or strap.

- Water damage if the crown is not properly activated or if water care guidelines are ignored.

If your watch needs to be replaced, we cannot guarantee you will receive the same model. If your model is unavailable, a watch of equal value and similar style will be provided. Parts may be substituted if original components are not available. Your replacement watch will be warranted for the remaining duration of the original warranty period.

To request a warranty replacement, please contact us at contanct@ammwatches.com with “Warranty and Repair” in the subject line. Include your name, address, order number, and a detailed description of the issue. All shipping costs incurred when sending the watch to AMM WATCHES are the owner’s responsibility.

• Water Resistance Guidelines Our AMM WATCHES models are designed with a 5ATM water resistance rating, providing protection for the internal components. A 5ATM – 50 meters water-resistant rating makes our watches suitable for activities such as showering or swimming in shallow water. However, please note that this is a test pressure and should not be considered as actual immersion depth.

Recommendations for Water-Resistant Watches:

- Leather straps are not suitable for wet conditions and should not be exposed to water for extended periods.

- If water or condensation appears inside your watch, contact us immediately, as moisture can corrode components.

- The water resistance of your watch is affected by its treatment. Misuse or rough handling may compromise seals and decrease water resistance.

Seiko NH35 Movement Accuracy:

The NH35 movement is the core of most of our custom pieces. While not as precise as some Swiss movements, it is known for its robustness and reliability. Please note that the NH35 can have a variance of -20 to +40 seconds per day, which is within acceptable limits for this movement. To ensure optimal performance and minimize time variation, we recommend winding the watch regularly. This helps maintain the tension in the mainspring and keeps the movement operating smoothly.
